I had so much fun assisting Diane Schwindt, historic cook, at the fall festival at Sagtikos Manor in Bay Shore, NY this October. She made Colonial fall foods on an outdoor hearth. I helped serve them and describe some of her authentic cooking equipment to festival goers.
